Recently, a grand construction machinery delivery ceremony was held by the government of Puebla, Mexico. Shantui's 41 units (including graders, rollers and backhoe loaders) stood out as the focus.

To advance in-state connectivity, strengthen community safety and accelerate public projects, Puebla launched a statewide equipment tender. These units will prioritize 501 projects across 88 cities, with Shantui playing a core role. At the ceremony, Puebla's governor inspected a Shantui bulldozer model, operated its equipment in person, and fully affirmed its performance.

This highlight came after a test of strength and efficiency. 18 companies competed in Puebla's tender, and Shantui won with Mexico-adapted product solutions. Post-cooperation, greater challenges emerged: delivery was shortened from the usual 120 days to 90, with production needing to be completed within 35—a tough test for scheduling.

Shantui's scheduling capability turned the tide. During bidding, Mexican clients visited Shantui for in-depth technical exchanges, laying trust. After winning, departments quickly collaborated: production was planned around client needs. They not only met the schedule but also shipped before U.S. logistics congestion and rising freight costs, arriving 3 days early—exceeding the client's expectations.

The 41 units are now in use for local infrastructure. Impressed by Shantui's efficiency and quality, the client's additional backup units of the same model will ship on July 25. From winning the bid to efficient delivery, from on-site praise to continuous orders, Shantui has fueled local construction with "Chinese Intelligence" and "Shantui Speed". It has become a reliable link in China-Mexico construction machinery cooperation, making each delivery a start of long-term trust.
