Who We Are

Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shantui) was founded in 1952, formerly known as Yantai Machinery Factory. In 1966, Yantai Machinery Factory was relocated to Jining City and renamed Jining Machinery Factory. Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997 (stock code 000680). Shantui is a state-owned shareholding listed company and a subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry Group. Shantui is among the Top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers and Top 500 manufacturing companies in China.

What We do

Shantui operates 6 production bases and 11 production lines for construction machinery and spare parts. Its product portfolio covers over 10 main machinery categories, including bulldozers, road machinery, concrete machinery, loaders, and excavators, as well as construction machinery components and parts such as undercarriage parts, transmission components, and structural parts. Shantui's full range of construction machinery products enjoys a prestigious reputation globally and is widely recognized by customers.

Shantui possesses a robust sales system and a well-established marketing and service network, with its products exported to over 160 countries and regions worldwide. Domestically, it has established 18 major regional divisions, supported by 150 distributors and 464 terminal sales outlets. Internationally, Shantui divides the global market into 9 major regions, where it has set up 10 overseas subsidiaries, along with 155 dealers and 527 terminal service outlets. In terms of service model, Shantui aims to "become the enterprise most focused on customer personalized needs and service excellence." Future can be expected

In recent years, Shantui has persistently driven sustainable development through technological innovation, focusing on research in areas such as remote control, intelligent connectivity, new energy, and high-power products, leading the industry forward. In 2019, Shantui achieved the commercialization of the world's first 5G remote-controlled high-power bulldozer, marking a further enhancement in 5G technology application and intelligent manufacturing levels; Shantui successfully delivered the SD90 bulldozer to its customers, filling a technological gap in domestic high-power bulldozers and laying the foundation for their localization. Meanwhile, digital transformation has achieved significant milestones. The intelligent factories powered by 5G networks are becoming increasingly mature, and the independently designed smart production lines, along with assembly and testing equipment, have been successfully put into operation.
